Tickets to MAX’s North American tour go on sale to the general public beginning March 6 at 10 AM local time at maxmusicofficial.com/tour. Fans will have access to MAX’s presale starting March 2 at 10 AM local time. Live Nation will have a presale beginning March 5 at 10 AM local time.
MAX said on the meaning of the song, “‘Where Am I At’ is about the moment you realize you will never hug, never talk with, never say I love you to someone that means everything to you. The moment you know they’re truly gone and all that’s left of them is what you remember. I didn’t know who I was anymore knowing I’d never be able to see her again.”
“Where Am I At” was written by MAX and Mako, who also produced the song, and is the follow up to MAX’s “Checklist” featuring Chromeo. The track has accumulated millions of streams since its release and charted at Top 40 radio. The video stars YouTube beauty personality Patrick Starr and actor Breon Ansley. Click HERE to watch.
Last year, MAX released his smash hit single “Love Me Less” featuring Quinn XCII. The song reached No. 17 at Top 40 Pop Radio, has over 170 million streams worldwide and continues to grow. MAX has performed the song live on single on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The TODAY Show, LIVE With Kelly and Ryan and the US Open’s Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day. The colorful music video for “Love Me Less” was directed by Drew Kirsch (Taylor Swift, John Legend, Lennon Stella) and can be watched HERE.
MAX is set to kick off the first leg of his North American tour on May 19 at the House of Blues in San Diego, CA and will also perform at several upcoming festivals including Bottlerock Napa Valley in Napa, CA on May 23, Governors Ball Music Festival in New York, NY on June 6, Bunbury Music Festival in Cincinnati, OH on June 7 and Electric Forest in Rothbury, MI on June 25.
