ENTRY Policies
Commodore Ballroom will continue to work with public health authorities to ensure we are meeting or exceeding the latest public health guidance in British Columbia.
Bag Policy
For everyone’s safety, security and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring small clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event. The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. ANY BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue.
Prohibited Items
Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm)
Alcohol, cannabis and/or illegal or illicit substances
Weapons, including knives
Outside food or beverage of any kind
Chewing gum
Selfie Sticks
Any camera or other type of photographic or recording device other than one that is for personal, non-commercial use (management's discretion)
Gang patches or clothing affiliated with gangs
Umbrellas (must be checked at coat check)
Furniture, chairs or stools of any kind (including portable seating)
Skateboards, roller blades, bicycles
Animals other than guide dogs
Flares, fireworks, laser lights/pointers, smoke bombs
Any radio transmitting device or radio scanners
Banners, signs or materials displaying political, religious, offensive or race-related messages, slogans or images or that are obscene or abusive
Any item that may compromise or otherwise interfere with the enjoyment, comfort or safety of (or pose a hazard to) any person or security at the venue
Mobile Ticketing
All Commodore events are mobile only. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless Payment
Commodore Ballroom is now an entirely cashless venue, and only major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile forms of payment will be accepted at all events. Select points of sale at artist merchandise may still accept cash.
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitization
Before each event begins and after each event concludes, our staff will disinfect all high-touch areas within the venue, including seats, handrails, elevator buttons, merchandise stands, restrooms, bars and concessions areas. There will also be enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the show.
Hand Sanitizer Dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked regularly to ensure the units have adequate product.
Health & Safety
If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following : fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
