Edge Catering is the exclusive caterer for The Commodore Ballroom, Vancouver’s most iconic venue rental, which offers a unique space to host any special occasion.

Since opening its doors in 1930, this award-winning ballroom has celebrated countless historical milestones and has welcomed an impressive lineup of the world’s biggest names in entertainment.

Conveniently located in the heart of Vancouver’s entertainment district, the art deco-designed venue sets the tone for hosting your corporate event, private concert, wedding, reception or foundation gala.

With access to the world’s greatest musical entertainment, the Commodore Ballroom is fully equipped to cater and provide in-house production for any private or public function (from 50 - 1000 people). Our experienced team handles every detail, so you don’t have to!

Our talented team strives to create unparalleled hospitality experience for you and your guests. All beverage services are provided in-house, with a specialization in the creation of signature cocktails and wine pairings for your event. We welcome host bar, ticketed and cash service.
